“Very nice place, staff very helpful”

“Tutto perfetto, camera pulita, bella e spaziosa.

“Posizione buona,camere confortevoli,colazione misera”

“Ci ritorneremo sicuramente ”

“The staff was the best I ha e ever encountered. Helpful. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Professional. The breakfast every morning was amazing. The property was immaculate. Their instructions to the building were spot on. Everything was explained perfectly. Room was perfect. We also took advantage of the romance package and my wife was amazed by the fresh flowers and wine and rose petals. It was a great stay and we will look for other properties in other cities and when we are in Rome again we will...

Pulizia, letti comodi, camera silenziosa e servizio splendido. Ottima colazione di qualità. Consigliatissimo!”

“Very responsive host. Checking in was swift. The place was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The property was conveniently located safe.”

“We had a very nice stay at Folia B & B for the most part. Our host Chiara was very nice and explained things about the apartment. She even gave us information about places to visit in Rome by explaining it on a map. The apartment had enough space for my family of four. There was only one issue in the restroom with flushing.
