Hotel vicino a Museum at the Friends Home - Waynesville

“While only minutes off I-75, this hotel does not charge interstate rates and is excellant value for the money! My only complaint is that while there were the sugar and stir sticks, there was no coffee maker!”

“Clean, renovated place, but air conditioner very noisy and shoots the air right in the bed; windows not thick enough, you hear the highway. And people across the hall noisy all night (not the hotel’s fault of course). Overall a bad noght”

“There were dry/burned eggs on Saturday and out of waffle s and little syrup. It wasnt even busy. Very disappointed”

“As the breakfast goes they have Frosted Flakes and Raisin Bran Crunch juice and coffee that is it the staff is rude and I found dirty socks in my room”

“The hotel itself was moderately nice and has been remodeled in the last couple years, but it definitely needs normal maintenance (like minor repairs). There were lots of signs to keep your doors double locked for safety (which, I suppose, I appreciate if it is that dangerous). There were tons of people living in the hotel and hanging out in the parking lot most of the night. Ultimately, I appreciated that the room was clean and inexpensive. I definitely would not choose to stay there again,...

“I arrived around midnight and there was no one there to check me in. I followed the instructions that where at the check in window and no answer the phone. While I was on the phone waiting I could smell drug use and some of the other guest were walking around. I didn’t feel safe around there so I left and got a different hotel.”

“The rooms stank a lot of crack heads in the area , didn’t know it was a non smoking room since it’s a outdoor motel and the workers who were fixing the rooms he gave me a pass and told me not to smoke in their and that I wasn’t smoking in my room so I ain’t get kicked out , he then went next door to talk about me to other customers out their in the area about me smoking in the room”

“It was the shabbiest place I have ever seen, staff was trying to give me room in the second floor, I told that I have a handicap sister who could not climb the stairs since there was no elevator. He lied to me that all room in the ground floor was booked. When I threaten to book room in another place he told me that he has one room with TV not working. I said I don’t care about TV, then he allowed that room to me later I found out that the TV was working fine. The smoke detectors was hanging...
