Hotel vicino a Hisey Park - Waynesville

“It was great”

“While only minutes off I-75, this hotel does not charge interstate rates and is excellant value for the money! My only complaint is that while there were the sugar and stir sticks, there was no coffee maker!”

“The bed sheets were stained and had hair in them. The pool was covered in algae and closed. The entire place smelled like an ashtray. There was no toilet paper in the room. The parking lot had huge piles of garbage in it ( the size of cars) and I'm pretty sure there was a drug deal going on in the parking lot This place is a dump! The area is sketchy. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me.”

“The hotel itself was moderately nice and has been remodeled in the last couple years, but it definitely needs normal maintenance (like minor repairs). There were lots of signs to keep your doors double locked for safety (which, I suppose, I appreciate if it is that dangerous). There were tons of people living in the hotel and hanging out in the parking lot most of the night. Ultimately, I appreciated that the room was clean and inexpensive. I definitely would not choose to stay there again,...

“Clean, renovated place, but air conditioner very noisy and shoots the air right in the bed; windows not thick enough, you hear the highway. And people across the hall noisy all night (not the hotel’s fault of course). Overall a bad noght”

“Clean rooms. Great breakfast. During my 4 night stay, my keycards to my room stopped working 3 times. When returning to front desk to get them working again, they never verified anything about me. Just asked what room and reprogrammed them without verification that I was even a guest or how long I was staying which brings me to my next red flag. “There were dry/burned eggs on Saturday and out of waffle s and little syrup. It wasnt even busy. Very disappointed”

“The staff were very helpful and assisted as needed. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was wonderful.”

“I arrived around midnight and there was no one there to check me in. I followed the instructions that where at the check in window and no answer the phone. While I was on the phone waiting I could smell drug use and some of the other guest were walking around. I didn’t feel safe around there so I left and got a different hotel.”

“The rooms stank a lot of crack heads in the area , didn’t know it was a non smoking room since it’s a outdoor motel and the workers who were fixing the rooms he gave me a pass and told me not to smoke in their and that I wasn’t smoking in my room so I ain’t get kicked out , he then went next door to talk about me to other customers out their in the area about me smoking in the room”
