“Breakfast is excellent ”

“The room smelled like cat. The sheets and pillowcase were stained. The pillowcase looked like it had fresh makeup on it, but the linens hadn’t been changed. The wallpaper was peeling off and was hooked back on with a thumbtack. The staff gave me a key card out of the return key in without sanitizing it or anything just reset it. I was never given the Wi-Fi password. If I would’ve had any other option, I would’ve left.”

“Worn out linen very old , dirty blanket ,old uncomfortable matress ,chair riped off leather , no staff electronic check in over screen .Never stay again ”

“We had hair behind the door in the bathroom. Then when we pulled back the blankets of our bed there was a wad of hair, hole in the sheet and something dried on the flat sheet. When my husband took a shower his towel had a large worn hole in it. At check in i was informed that the $60 deposit per room was cash only”

“The heat didn’t start getting warm until the next morning we checked in at 8pm and then when time to check out the 3rd shift worker left before the 1st worker got in. So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient. ”

“Room and property was clean. Pool heater was broken and no sign on door letting people know the condition of pool. Water temperature was 66 degrees. Unable to utilize swimming pool. Stayed on second floor, someone had a dog on first floor and you could hear it barking. ”

“Tip - park by the back patio (they have ten spots and easy to get in and out. But, shhhhh!”

“ Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors...

“great room, with lots of space. nice to have BBQs on site and the fire pit was nice to sit at.”

“The bathroom needs a serious upgrade. Ours had rust stains around the drain, and the stopper was not in place dirt in the corners. The headboard was old Naga Hyde, fake leather? And it was peeling into the bedsheets at one point I thought it was bugs until I realized what it was. The staff extremely helpful and friendly, lobby, breakfast amenities, or excellent.”

“Room was fine. Breakfast was a trainwreck. We stayed 2 nights and there was zero coffee in the morning. One day is an accident- two days is a choice. The sausage and eggs at the breakfast were super cold- they had no way to keep them warm. Maybe don’t advertise a free breakfast if you can’t make it happen? ”

“The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is on the upper scale of continental and tha parking was also good. Very friendly staff . They go out of their way to help you out ”
