“For how much the room cost, paying for parking is outrageous. Breakfast is next to nothing, just a couple of bagels and cereals. The hotel and room were nice, just didn’t think it was worth the cost. ”

“The Canopy hotel in Minneapolis was very nice. The parking was reasonable and easy for in out. The workout facilities, restaurant was super! Location was great! Rooms were nice sized a bit dark and the mattress a bit soft but overall very nice!”

“Warmly greeted. Great room on top floor! Excellent workout room with top of the line, good condition equipment. Convenient to have Tavola restaurant right in the building for dinner before concert (we could walk to) and a drink after. Second time staying here. ”

“Awesome stay!!! Close to the UMN and downtown Minneapolis. Rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. Really great staff too. Had a nice hot breakfast at the hotel. We’ll be back. Thanks!”

“We love this hotel, but there were a lot of college age kids on our floor. Running up and down, screaming at midnight still awake banging on the walls, clanking ice next-door in the room next-door until 4 o’clock in the morning. I’m not sure why they decided to put two old people on the same floor in the only room that wasn’t occupied by 20-year-olds.”

“The parking information was TERRIBLE & the exit ticket didn't work twice; my husband was refused exit, walked all the way back to the hotel and was told "they couldn't do anything." He went back to the parking and expressed his frustration (loudly!) whereby the lady let him leave. We paid $105 for this "privilege" after one desk person told us he wouldn't charge us, but when we checked out the next person said we would be charged. I expected to be charged so that wasn't an issue, just a bit...

“We loved the whole vibe of the hotel, it was supper cute and old looking. Loved the greenery and the scenery from our window. Super clean with comfy beds!! The staff were absolutely amazing and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!!”

“Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. ”

“The room was clean and nice. Super quiet for staying downtown and close to the target center. US Bank is a bit of a walk but it’s doable”

“The hotel was very clean and extremely quiet. This was the first hotel that I've stayed at without loud people at night or children running around. Besides the people standing outside smoking and random people yelling at us, the hotel was very nice.”
