“L'hotel è confortevole e gradevole anche architettonicamente, è situato appena fuori dal centro di Rapid City che comunque non offre molto tranne alcuni buoni locali dove mangiare e qualche negozio, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in quattro persone in una stanza sufficientemente ampia e comoda, pulizia della stanza ottima.Colazione e piscina nella norma. “Breakfast was great the second morning, but we got there at 920 am the first morning and they serving at 930 am. So we were lucky to get what we got. And what we got was really good. Rooms were very clean. We had an issue with noise new years eve, but that is to be expected. The front desk attendant ( I wish I knew her name because she was awesome) gave us a different room that was even better than the first one. ”

“The woman who checked us in last night was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We had to leave very early this morning to get my son, who was home from the military, to the airport to get back to his base. We were in a hurry, but the doors wouldn't open and nobody was around. We were kind of hollering "hello". "Purtroppo devo lasciare solo tre stelle perché il posto non vale la pena. La prima camera che ci hanno dato era a dir poco scandalosa. Una puzza tremenda appena entrati e molto sporca quasi da non riuscire a dormire da dopo 9 ore di viaggio (venivamo dallo Yellowstone) non ho avuto tempo di chiedere di cambiare che non c’era più nessuno nella reception. Il giorno dopo ho spiegato il tutto e ci hanno dato una camera nuova più decente ma anche qui una leggera puzza. Peccato perché la posizione è strategica"
