“I turned on the fridge but found out in the morning the fridge wasn't working right. I accidentally signed up for a pet friendly room and instead they "gave" me an upgrade I had to pay cash for $25 extra for a different room. Company policy. I felt taken. It should say in bold letters on the expedia app that I signed up for a pet room and ask if that was what I really wanted. They charge an extra $20 for pet room over and above the regular fee.”

“Our room was clean. We had maid service every day. We loved the morning breakfast. One wish would starting the breakfast at 6 instead of 6:30, because my husband is an early riser.”
