“We had such a wonderful night at the Frances Modern Inn. Their room 15 is a gorgeous two story suite with a perfectly curated apartment feel, just with all of the amenities of a five star hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us with parking and even left birthday cupcakes for my husband. There is a beautiful patio and courtyard to hang out in before even arriving in the suite. The suite itself has a very comfortable bed and linens, was incredibly clean, and had a beautiful clawfoot...

“Beautiful modern room with great amenities and very clean. The only downside is if you get a room that faces the street, you will hear the band playing from the bar across the narrow street. ”

“There was construction work happening and a wedding. We couldn’t walk through the lobby because the wedding guests were leaving . ”

“They are having “renovations” done but I kept hearing the elevator rattling or make this tapping sound which interrupted my sleep. It was so bad the first night as we were right next to the elevator and had to let front desk know. They ended up moving us a few doors down but the rattling was still there. i’m a light sleeper so this was not fun. Place was close to a lot of restaurants. I don’t think I would stay here again. Elevator was so noisy. ”

E' un landmark di riferimento con buoni spazi comuni ma per quanto riguarda le camere e soiprattutto i bagni sono entrambi angusti e non particolarmente gradevoli. Per un prossimo soggiorno preferirei certamente una delle tantissime strutture più moderne presenti nelle immediate vicinanze.”

“Multiple days of additional charges of amenity fees and parking add up quick. Found out about the guest happy hour in the cafe on the second day of our trip, free glass of sparkling wine was nice. It was rainy and overcast for most of our trip so we couldn’t use the pool. Water seemed a bit chilly so it would be nice on a very warm day. No in room coffee. No fridge for personal food and beverage, just mini bar options. Deluxe king room was immediately behind dog daycare/boarding, could hear dogs...

“Prefect. What I loved more than anything was the check in being at 3pm and checkout at 12pm! Thought that was very cool. What the hotel could do better is add citronella candles in every balcony and at the pool. Tons of mosquitoes everywhere.”
