To many hotels in bbsr demand identification and will even come to the room during business meetings. Its very annoying. Crown was very professional in all.”

“Laid back, pushy for tips, slow staff. Frontdesk checkin staff was rude. Checkin-checkout process is slow. Very inconvenient bathrooms for old parents. Terrible extra bed mattress.”

“The room itself was good (though not 4 star by any means). However the property looked nothing like its picture. They put us in a golf cart and then drove around to the back. Along the way there was construction debris and some stray animals. Then they took us to the “D wing” which looked like a basic budget motel front. Room service and staff were good.”
