Hotel vicino a Muskoka Bay Golf Course - Gravenhurst

“La struttura è carina, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, i dintorni della struttura ben forniti. Siamo arrivati però alle 6 del pomeriggio e la camera non era ancora pronta. A colazione abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15 minuti in piedi perché non c’erano posti ”

The only thing we didn't like was that, as we already knew, your towels are only changed every other day, which was fine, but to our surprise only bath towels were changed, not any other towel and the used ones are left behind on the bathroom floor... not nice at all!!”

“The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant on the premises was wonderful and we highly recommend it. The course is great, the greens are very challenging. The pro shop has a nice selection of clothes. The room is fairly basic, very clean, and has everything you need with a full kitchenet and washer and dryer. The balcony was large with furniture. The only down side for us the pool was under renovation.”

Al primo impatto, sembrava un motel degli anni settanta, con check-in effettuato a mano e chiave di una volta. Eravamo in cinque (io e i miei 4 bambini), e ho chiesto un letto in più' (pagandolo). Quando la proprietaria l'ha portato, l'ha solo lasciato davanti alla porta senza portarlo dentro la stanza e senza aprirlo. “Floor not swept, cobwebs everywhere, obvious signs of previous flooding that was not repaired, it was like walking into a haunted house! Staff was friendly enough but not worth the stay imo”

“View of river, restaurant was excellent. Ashley was a great server, personable, great worker! Rooms need renovations, price of room was expensive for run down room. Beds were not comfortable 😒, sagging. No breakfast included with room price! Pool on was not accessible, had to go down 4 flights of stairs to get there. No elevator?? Air conditioning loud.”

Noticed that several of the guests were construction workers who walked about the halls & lobby in their work boots which will deteriorate the premises very quickly, perhaps they should be encouraged to change their footwear prior to checking in or at least clean their boots. Out room did not have a safety chain night lock on the door? No breakfast facilities other than coffee, perhaps a cold breakfast should be available. The hotel location is very...
