King Arthur's Court is centrally located on Lake Muskoka. Rossclair is a prestigious point located only 10 minutes to Port Carling or 15 minutes Bala on a quiet peaceful country road. Despite its desirable and convenient location, King Arthur's Court sits within the trees, high above the water, making you feel as if you are in your own private and peaceful palace.

PROPERTY
KING ARTHUR'S COURT boasts decks upon decks, each pleasantly nestled within the towering pines, with both shaded and sunny areas in different places throughout the day. Exit to the main upper deck from the bar area to enjoy the stunning views. This main deck is outfitted with lovely patio furniture including a patio set with a couch and four cushioned arm chairs, 2 loungers, an outdoor dining area with a table for 6 with an umbrella as well as a bbq.

Taking the stairs down from the upper deck leads you to another outdoor dining area, with a more formal set up ideal for dinner parties with seating for 10 and another BBQ. On the other side of the main outdoor dining table is a outdoor sectional and coffee table.

You could spend your entire stay on the main cottage's decks, OR, you could go to the boathouse on the water. Either take the golf cart or head down the beautiful walkway with 70 steps to the boathouse on the water, passing the firepit along the way. The boathouse has outdoor seating both on the upper deck and on the large dock below. On the boathouse upper deck is 3 loungers and an umbrella and on the dock below are 4 Muskoka Chairs, and 4 loungers.

The last outdoor area is on the forest side of the cottage, by the tennis/sports court. Here there is a level grassy area with a cabana as well as a table with seating for 6, a wood swing, and a hammock.
