“Great property in a beautiful town far enough away from the city. Free parking was great and staff were all helpful and friendly. Place is very professionally run - this is a hidden gem ( hope it stays that way 😉) I’ll return next time I’m in the area - room was clean and comfortable and the extra pillows we requested were in the room when we arrived,”

“How would you feel if all you were offered for breakfast was a bagel and cold cereal? They did have coffee. There was no sign up explaining why no hot breakfast or fruit available. When I contacted a front desk person why she said that they were expecting a delivery soon ☹️. This is a plain management problem. “The room was so disgusting! It was dirty and nothing is updated! It looked and smelled as if it had not been rented out in a while! There were ant traps on the floor. Dogs barking all night! The beds were rock hard and the pillows were flat! The only reason we stayed and didn’t ask for a refund is there was nothing alive crawling around and we stayed for a sleep only!”

L'impiegata alla reception è stata molto cortese e gentile nell'offrire tutto il suo supporto ma alla fine ho dovuto effettuare, tramite expedia, una nuova prenotazzione con prezzo notevolmente maggiorato.
