Questo condominio 2 camere da letto 2 bagni arredate e attrezzate per fornire una vacanza meravigliosa e rilassante per un massimo di 6 persone. Situato nell'edificio A, questa unità dispone di 1 letto matrimoniale nel master, 2 letti singoli nella seconda camera da letto e un divano letto queen size nel soggiorno. Il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale dispongono di tv a schermo piatto con cavo e Netflix. La seconda camera ha una tv a schermo piatto con cavo. La biancheria di qualità e la biancheria da letto ti aiuteranno a ottenere tutto il resto che desideri durante la tua vacanza. Entrambi i bagni sono dotati di vasca / doccia combo con una vanità e sono dotati di bagno e asciugamani, così come i panni.
La cucina è stata aggiornata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito. Dispone anche di macchina per il caffè, frullatore, tostapane e pentole. Gli armadi sono provvisti di pentole, padelle e piatti. Ci sono vassoi di ghiaccio nel freezer e una brocca d'acqua Brita nel frigorifero. Inoltre, un waffle maker e 2 vasi di coccio (uno grande / uno piccolo) sono disponibili per l'uso.
4 teli mare, 4 sedie a sdraio, una pallavolo, un set da bocce, 2 tavole da boogie e giocattoli di sabbia aspettano di essere sistemati nel carro da spiaggia (a disposizione) per i vostri giorni in acqua! Lo spazio verde direttamente all'esterno ha una delle tante griglie per barbecue e aree picnic in tutto il resort.

Will book again in future, great place!

We were very happy with our stay. It is in a safe location, clean and spacious! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and essentials included. There were also games for the family to play. Emili was great at communication. We go to Myrtle Beach often and will definitely book again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Little piece of Heaven

My mother and I stayed here for our 2nd annual vacation with our grandkids. We traveled with 5 children between the ages of 5-8. I know, what were we thinking? Having stayed at this resort last year and seeing all of the amenities that are offered, it was clear that we had to come back but really REQUIRED a unit on the first floor. My grandson has autism and safely and accessibility are incredibly important. The unit was well kept and provided a lot of essentials needed during the trip. It was incredibly helpful that the listing mentioned a beach wagon that we could use. It came in handy to haul our stuff and my grandson to the beach. The unit is right between the beach and indoor pool so there isn't a ton of walking. Just outside the A building is an outdoor pool area that has THE BEST fenced in separate kiddie pool area. Although my grandson is nonverbal, it was obvious this was his favorite part of the trip. I wish we had something like this locally. He had fun and I actually got to relax a bit since the area was separated from the larger pools. All of the kids enjoyed the beach and the indoor pool area. We didn't use the playground this trip since it was kinda busy, but it is fenced in also as long as everyone shuts the gates. It was also fantastic that the balcony railing was taller than some other railings that I have seen and we were able to enjoy the use of it also without any safely concerns. Savannah's Playground is also only a 10 minute drive from the resort.

Wonderful location! Cute, safe and convenient

This property was excellently located and convenient to all the things we wanted to do. The condo is cute. The property is very safe, and although I was there by myself two nights of the stay I felt completely secure to take walks even after dark. The beach is pretty there and there are amenities at the resort that are very nice. The property manager was very kind to help me find the property and get in. I did feel that the condo needed a little patch up painting in places. Also it is advertised for up to 7 guests. I had thought we might have up to 5, but I don’t think it would have worked well for that many. The kitchen pots and pans are very small and most of the dishes and mugs do not say microwaveable and blankets are at a minimum. In spite of these things I would stay there again.

Great Family Vacation

We had an awesome experience as this was the first time using VRBO. Emili was great to work with and everything in her description of her condo was totally truthful and accurate. We comfortably slept 5 adults and 1 one child. The resort was awesome and very clean. Our crew would rate this 12 thumbs up. Definitely will want to come back.

Long weekend in myrtle Beach

It was a lot bigger than I was expecting. The pool was beautiful but always very busy and hard to find seats. Beach was perfect, bought our own Beach chairs, ones that were there were very low., My only real complaint was that there were not enough towels, we were given one each for 4 days, and no Beach towels, had to buy those as well. Location was perfect close to all we wanted to do. Emili was very accommodating and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

I would go here again.

We needed a spot that was close to where we needed to be. Its right at the beach. The place was quiet at night (+++) and is very family oriented. Close to shopping for groceries too.

Great 2 room condo

More updated and better condition than many condos out there. Very accommodating host that has nice, thoughtful touches for guests. Overall condo is good, with a fun splash park for kids. The regular pools were closed due to COVID19. Was kinda annoying that a private beach chair/umbrella company takes all the good spots but still a nice beach.

Perfect stay for a small family.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as described. Beds were so comfy and it was so quiet. Loved the balcony to sit and have coffee or a glass of wine. Loved being so close to the beach to have a long walk each day. So many activities within the resort to pass the time. Our host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. The only thing I would recommend would be to have a dresser put into the 2nd bedroom or shelving un the closet. My boys had to live out of their suitcases during our stay. I highly recommend renting this unit.

Winter vacation

We had a wonderful time. The condo was comfortable and clean. It had all the essentials needed to be at home. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the beach was a short walk away. Will definitely have to plan a trip back when its warmer to use all the outdoor equipment.

Property was in very clean and well equipped. Owner very responsive and easy to communicate with. We are going to be more frequent visitors to the area to visit son in college and are exploring different places to stay. We would definitely stay in owners properties again.

Great location for family fun! Steps away from a private type beach, due to a gated community. Well kept condo and everything you could possibly want within a very short drive! Loved it and will rent this condo again!

September Stay

In September, the crowds were gone but the ocean and air were still warm. This Condo-association includes indoor & outdoor pools, hot-tubs, exercise rooms, laundry, beach and restaurant, and children's play areas. It is close to two state parks and worth considering.

Very pleasant experience

Emili, the property owner, was very accommodating and available. The property description was accurate. We really enjoyed the location of the unit. It was right between the beach and splash pad pool. Very clean, stocked and comfortable. Emili was easy to get in touch with and answered any questions I had during our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone and I hope to return in the future.
