*3rd floor (must climb stairs)

*2 bedrooms 2 baths.

*located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass

*minuets from the beach and all main attractions.

*Fully stocked kitchen

*sleeps 6

*beautiful golf ground view.

**PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 2 baths.Comfortable and clean condo

* 2 queen beds, 1 queen pullout sofa in the living room.

*washer/dryer in the condo.

*Wi-Fi and cable TV available.

*golf ground view from the balcony.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee . Only 1 pet up to 30lb

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*Kitchen is fully quipped with all basics (condiments are not included).

*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

*Easy access to both Hwy 17.

The condo is located at Magnolia Place, 10 min. from airport, 5 min. from Broadway at the beach, 5 min. from the beach, 15 min. from Market Commons, 1 min. From golf course.

Friendly neighborhood, High maintained, built around Myrtlewood Golf Club, Walking and biking trails, outdoor pool.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Must climb stairs.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb

*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

It lacked the ability to cook in the kitchen. But overall not to bad. Beds are comfortable, patio door sticks. On 3rd floor no elevator be hard for older people. Had a good stay. Would definitely recommend for younger family.

We really enjoyed our stay , it was convenient, the location was near everything. It was clean , the view was wonderful over the golf course in the back . We had a short stay but over all enjoyed our stay . There wasn’t muc of any cons , except is being on the 3rd floor , maybe if there was elevator access it would be a plus

Lovely, Restful Oasis

My husband, brother, and I were in Myrtle Beach for my elderly parents. Mom is in hospice, dad had fallen and broken his leg. They needed our help. We needed a place to stay at the end of each day. This lovely condo was exactly what we needed. Super comfy beds, a nice quiet golf course view, and the sparkling clean accommodations made the end of our day much more relaxing after a lot of running around and dealing with hospitals, doctors, and paperwork. The owner is communicative and helpful and available if you have any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this property.

Le condo a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Bien situé, propre et bien équipé, nous avons eu un très beau séjour. L'hôte a donné suite à nos demandes.

Good place for a short stay

Water pressure was poor, furnishings were old and cheap. The brochure said there was an indoor pool, didn’t know we didn’t have access until we tried to use it. Location was great and the price was right so no real complaints. Wouldn’t want to stay for more than a couple of night though.
