Accogliente Beach House con golf cart

Casa a un piano ben curata, recentemente arredata con ampio ponte, a 200 metri dalla spiaggia. Ampia zona giorno con TV via cavo / videoregistratore / DVD e ampia cucina con forno a microonde nuovo. La prima camera ha due letti matrimoniali, la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale. Ogni camera ha un T. V. Due bagni completi. Non fumare e niente animali per favore. Il carrello da golf è incluso. La settimana di noleggio è da sabato a sabato. L'orario di check-in è 1:00 p. m. Il check-out è previsto alle 11:00 a. m. $ 200 deposito cauzionale rimborsabile se casa se lasciato PULITO !!! Se è necessaria la pulizia, questo verrà prelevato dal deposito cauzionale. NON AFFITTIAMO A CHIUNQUE SOTTO I 25 ANNI !!!! NON AFFITTIAMO A GRADI SCOLASTICI O STUDENTI COLLEGI!

Beach vacation

The house was great. Had everything we needed.The kiddos rode there soccer’s.The street was really busy.Had to be very careful.Our son and this family were camping too.So we had a lot of family time it was awesome

Great get away, everything you need in a place to play!

Everything was good. two little things I would like to say.The bed in big bed room very noisy ! Also I weigh 225. I just did fit through bathroom doors. Made it ok! But if you are a large person 300 or better, You might have a problem!

Great Location

We love OL! This was our first Halloweekend and it was so fun. The only suggestion I have is to maybe leave a few types of cleaners available so that we can clean up after ourselves if needed.

Just Ok

Nice house for a short stay, I would not recommend for a longer stay due to lack of washer/Dryer/Dishwasher. Cleanliness got 3 stars due to the ice maker being moldy! And the refrigerator being dirty. There are cameras around the house which are being used regularly for surveillance and the host will send messages in the middle of the night about things they saw on camera. Camera on front porch (pointed to seating area) showed red light (I assume that’s when it was used) regularly, this made us very uncomfortable and ruined a good bit of our relaxation. Even if you’re not doing anything illegal, knowing that you’re watched (and maybe listened to) is not what I imagine for my sparse vacation time.

We had a wonderful time! Linda was excellent to work with! The cottage is small, but we were a family of 5 and fit just fine! The golf cart is excellent!

Life’s a beach

Great and quiet area in the park. Golf cart was great and it came with the rental. The house was a little dirty, floors around the beds and underneath them had not been swept or cleaned. The other issue was the bed in the small bedroom. It squeaks very loudly and is not soft at all. I slept on it one night and slept on the couch the rest of my week. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and hopefully we can do it again next year. Thanks for the rental.

Awesome Front Porch

Cute, clean cottage. Perfect size getaway for a couple. The deep front porch with the beautiful furniture was the highlight of the house for us. We spent every morning and every evening out there, and we spent an entire rainy day on the porch. The golf cart is great. It makes getting to the beach quick and getting around Ocean Lakes easy. The owner responds immediately to even the most minor inquiries and is very easy to work with.

Beach Getaway

This is a cute little house in an awesome beach resort! Linda, the owner is very attentive and available for all questions or issues. The house itself, is comfortable enough, nicely decorated, but is a bit run down, and needs some attention when it comes to cleanliness. We loved the use of the golf cart, and the location of the house, and the front porch was very nice for evening relaxing!
