FILTHY!!!! Needs some TLC!
We arrived at this property expecting to have a great vacation. I was met by housekeeping walking out of the door from inspecting the property. Upon entering, the property reeked of smoke and dog urine. I walked the property to see other aspects that had been overlooked. Most every light fixture and furniture have been dust collectors for sometime and have not been cleaned. The kitchen was covered in grime and filth, dishes left dirty, etc. The King Bedroom upstairs had been a dog’s playground with soiled bed linens and carpet!
After these issues, I called housekeeping who resent another crew, they cleaned what we asked them to, but the house was still not the best.
Through an email from the GM of Dunes Realty, every corporate excuse was made to make them look good. They claim the property underwent a deep clean in the Spring of 2023 and that the housekeeping crew that cleans this property is one of the best. Apparently, they are more concerned with getting the next guests in than overlooking FILTH.
This property lacks oversight on many things and could really use a good cleaning!!
We cleaned this house of common areas the best we could and we left the home cleaner than we arrived.
