The luxurious master suite opens to the balcony and view, and it has a 4-poster king bed, and a TV. The master bath has a vanity with two sinks, a garden tub and a tiled, walk-in shower. There are two guest bedrooms, each has private access to a bathroom. This condo has a reserved, covered parking space underneath the building, and it is located near the private staircase to your balcony. Other amenities include ceiling fans and outside storage (for your beach equipment). Guests have access to Crescent at Sandpiper Run and Litchfield by The Sea amenities - beach access, swimming pool, tennis courts, and more.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
