Royale Palms 2406H Penthouse Studio w/Pool & Beach

Ocean view studio on the 24th floor (penthouse) of the Royale Palms, connected to Hilton. Updated with new LVP flooring, new beds, freshly painted and new art work. Enjoy Ocean views all the way to downtown Myrtle Beach. The sunset views are amazing! This is the perfect escape from day-in, day-out humdrum! Furnished with a king size bed and desk area, you'll also have a coffee maker, coffee, sugar and cream, microwave and small fridge and kitchenette. For an additional fee, this condo can be rented with Unit #2406 next door to create a 3 BED / 3 BATH combo for extra guests.

For our guests who like to play and explore, you have walking / hiking & biking trails, lake fishing, and ocean-side dining. For nature and wildlife lovers, if you sit long enough on your balcony, you may just catch a whale or dolphin pod going by! Or, even lucky enough to see a spectacular storm roll in right off of the Atlantic. You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade downtown -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Live music can be seen at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Shopping, we have unique, curated shops tucked inside Barefoot Landing, and there's Ripley's Aquarium for family outings and Arcadian Shores golf course located right outside Kingston boundaries. With all this, you are certainly in the heart of Southern Coastal Hospitality!

Very nice! Easy check-in and checkout. Lovely room. Bathtub drain needs attention though. And the main door to the room sticks and is hard to open and close.As a suggestion for future guests, it would be very helpful if you provided directions as to how to use the TV. Or at least a channel guide for people like us not familiar with Roku or Spectrum.

A View with a Room

The Royale Palms Penthouse is a good choice for a couple who wish to enjoy a beautiful view of North Myrtle Beach. The best amenity is the cozy table and chairs on the patio which allows guests to enjoy watching the ocean as the sun sets. Guests should be prepared to bring coffee, unless you plan to be away for the morning and utensils, plates, bowls and glasses are in very short supply, (3 knives, 1 small bowl, 1 fluted glass, 1 wine glass, 2 coffee mugs and 0 plates) so be prepared to bring if you decide to bring any food. Our stay was brief, so we ate out almost every meal, but we did pick up a take-out and noticed one of the 2 chairs at the table was smeared with some sort of sticky substance,(maybe chocolate?) which is the reason for deducting a star for cleanliness. Overall, the condo is comfortable for 2 people and the view is outstanding and we recommend this place for couples who wish to enjoy a brief escape.

Great condo and location!!!

The location of this condo can't be beat!!! The views are spectacular and the condo is very clean, modern and spacious. Beach access is easy and the beach is beautiful and great for seashell hunting! Chanda was very responsive to our needs and easy to communicate with. The only negative was the pillows left al ot to be desired but we just went to Ross and bought some fluffy ones! We would definitely stay here again.

Great property with one safety issue

We loved everything about this property and appreciated that the toilet has handrails that are greatly appreciated for us as older adults. Our ONLY concern is that the tub is tall on the sides making it impossible for me to get into because of my legs, however, my wife did use the shower and noted that there’s no handrails in the tub and that the tub became very slippery while she was showering.Also found the table in the room to be very wobbly.The unit was clean, well equipped and a very nice property. We enjoyed the stay.

Floors did not appear to have been cleaned upon arrival black hair and sand everywhere. We swept floors and sanitized ourselves. Bedding had burns on them. We expected furnished kitchen cutlery as in other condos - nothing. Then received a terse text message saying if unit was not left CLEAN wd would be charged ADDITIONAL AMOUNT!! We should have been REFUNDED!! All we did was CLEAN!! Your text should have read “It would be appreciated to Leave unit clean to avoid additional charges”

studio in Royale Palms

great view from penthouse, esp at sunset. unit was clean. furnished as pictured. comfortable bedding. nice big smart TV. no access to hilton pool (I was not interested so that didn't matter to me). no silverware, dishes, or glasses so keep that in mind if you're bringing leftovers back from restaurants.
