The Space:

This spacious and comfortably furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers comfort convenience, and a prime location in the heart of Myrtle Beach! Inside, you'll find an open-concept layout featuring a cozy living area, a dining space with seating for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel right at home. The glass top-dining table and tasteful decor add a stylish touch throughout. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a twin with private access to the balcony with views of the pool deck. The second bedroom includes two twins, perfect for family or friends. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze on the large wraparound balcony in the front, or unwind on the private balcony off the bedrooms that is steps from the pool! Whether you're hosting family or enjoying a quiet getaway, this condo offers flexibility and charm in a sought-after location just a walk away from the beach!



Guest Access:

The entire home including 2 private balconies, one overlooking the pool deck and one overlooking the parking lot/street.



The Neighborhood:

Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, you will be super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer both on the water and land. There is a Starbucks/Ben and Jerry's across the street, the renowned Sea Captain's house with ocean front bar is a 3 blocks walk away and you will be less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Boardwalk, Myrtle Beach Convention Center and Top Golf!



Getting Around:

A car is recommended but you can also walk several places, making it easy to leave your car in the lot for most of your stay! There is also a bike lane on both sides of the street for cyclists of all types. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
