“The pools were nice & we enjoyed the waterslides. The staff was kind & came immediately when we needed extra towels. The elevators in tower 1 was extremely slow & busy. The cleanliness of the room could've been better. The furniture has scuff marks, scratches, etc & not well kept at all. The room felt cramped so definitely get the biggest size you can afford if you're traveling with a few people. Check in was super slow and I had to wait in line for over 30min just to check in.”
