“Muy mala experiencia … el personal no atiende tus necesidades y te gritan muy aparte que solo tiene un elevador y tarda mucho para poder ocuparlo la alberca no le ponen en servicio de la tarde para la noche según tienen orarío de 9am a 10 pm pero ya de 5 pm la cerraron por que que pedimos si la abrían nos dijieron que no que ya no había personal que la limpiara y tampoco tiene área de baños para la piscina muy mala experiencia que pase con mi familia”

No one cleaned the room during our entire three-day stay, and I ended up scrubbing the bathroom and its floor myself. We were told housekeeping would come after the first night, but that never happened. The only visit we got was from someone replacing the towels. I thought I left all that behind when I left home to relax, but...

“During my entire stay, my room was never cleaned. When I arrived, I noticed that one of the beds had bloodstains on the sheet. I immediately reported the issue to the housekeeping manager, but my complaint was completely ignored.”

“This was our first stay at Avista resort. We celebrated our 35 wedding anniversary. The resort was very clean and our room was top notch. The staff from office to the maids to people who helped with the luggage was top notch. We will definitely be staying at Avista resort again probably in September. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in North Myrtle beach.”
