“Absolutely awful and unsafe experience. I booked this hotel for a cheer competition and arrived after a 6-hour drive with my three young children and our dog. From the moment we entered the lobby, the atmosphere felt off. There was a woman sitting there who appeared homeless, which immediately raised concerns. While checking in, my 7-year-old needed to use the restroom, and staff repeatedly insisted she go alone, which was completely unacceptable. We got our keys and headed to the room, but...

“disgusting, couldn’t shower, was scared to pee. every inch is covered in filth. the tv had channel that worked. bro even the outlets were filthy …. my kid lost her voice for 2 days from being in there from 11pm-5:30 am even though it was a non smoking room. they also have condoms in a vending machine in the lobby which should have told me to just leave but we already paid and it was hella late lol ”

“I wanted to share a warning regarding this hotel. While it is an option for a last-minute stay under $100, the experience was disappointing. The parking lot appeared deserted, and the lobby did not match the photos posted online. There was plexiglass installed throughout the reception area, which was quite telling. Additionally, my room was missing basic amenities, including an iron and a cover for the ironing board. I would recommend looking elsewhere if possible.”

“The only good news is, the room & the bedding were clean but there was one thin blanket (glad the heat worked). It had a kitchenette with zero silverware, pots/pans, dishes glasses or cups - ZERO. $30 at Salvation Army would go a long way. No coffee maker. I asked the desk for a metal spoon for ice cream, they only had plastic. A kitchenette with no hardware is not a kitchenette. “The rooms smelled sour. The shower in both rooms were disgusting. The shower curtain had mode all over it. You couldn't even wash up. Thank God I had sense enough to bring my own lyso and clorex disinfectant wipes (2 containers), my own lysol spray and a case of water just to brush our teeth. So sad!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!! Sorry for the bad rap. I'm only speaking from my very recent experience. Oh and by the way, the photos on their website are fake. I spoke to one...

“Poor breakfast, bathroom not clean. Smelled like smoke and weed even though it was a non-smoking room”

“Elevator is broken, very outdated, carpet is filthy, linen is thin and old. TV doesn't work. Room key didn't work and with no elevator we went up and down 3 times only to check out because the toilet didn't flush. The towels were thin as sheets. It wasn't as advertised. Children were playing in the stairwell (workers family members) ”

“My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel. I was so impressed. This is a wonderful hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive to the guests. The facility is clean, room clean, modern. The price was affordable. The area is convenient to shopping and dining. I would stay here again. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.”
