Hotel vicino a NPS Visitor Center - Hot Springs

“Very nice room / Apt. Living kitchen combo, nice bedroom with walk in closet , large tv. Large tv in living room. Nice bathroom. Recently renovated. Good parking. Adjacent restaurant was closed on the Tuesday and Wednesday we were there but property was very close to downtown historic area and NP. Conveniently located to everything. Loved our stay and plan to return. ”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was so quiet and clean. We loved our time there. The only complaint I have was the pillows. Very small for king size bed and not very many. Other than that I would definitely recommend it and stay there again”

“Great value for a quick stop at a motel-type setup for this roadtripper. Free hot breakfast, staff quick to help and very talkative in a fun way. Basic room but bonus big fridge and super soft king bed. I also regret that all the updated and expensive hotels only have slippery shower stalls, so it was great to have a bath tub after a long drive. Felt safe and although I suspect if there were partiers you might hear them through the walls, my stay was quiet (and short).”

“We didn’t have the breakfast buffet. It was $15 a person and we ate at a diner downtown instead. The bar was excellent with 20 beers on tap”

“I liked the hotel it was very convenient to the convention center which is what we needed. I was not happy that the Skyway Bridge was closed because that was one of the main reasons we chose to stay there was the easy access. Overall the room was clean, I found some things that I wasn't too particularly happy with like loose hairs in the bathroom and the room was extremely hot. We had the air turned down all the way to 60 trying to get it cool off, and I don't think it ever did. The breakfast...

“The rooms were clean and all of the staff were very friendly (especially Raven at the front desk). The room layout seemed odd with a refrigerator that blocked the light switch and a kitchenette with no table or chairs to eat at. The air conditioner and refrigerator were noisy and the TV channel selection was minimal.”

“Check in went fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were fairly comfortable. Loved the shower. Excellent water pressure. Only 1 tissue in dispenser. Seems to have been there for decoration. Overall very satisfied. Will stay there again if price is right again.”
