“Pessima esperienza. Ho pernottato una settimana e non sono mai state fatte le pulizie. Lenzuola e asciugamani mai sostituiti . Mi hanno fornito solo un rotolo di carta igienica per una settimana. Ho trovato scarafaggi nel bagno 3 volte. Il prezzo non è economico. La piscina che si vede dalle foto non è mai usata da nessuno perché l’acqua è sporca.”

Check the property details first so you'll know the add-on fees. I contacted Hotels.com if i can cancel my reservation so they sent a message to the property and they didn't get a response after 24hrs so Hotels told me my reservation is still in place.
