“Nice, clean, friendly for exercise walking running, can walk to mall, about 30 minutes ”

“Let me start with the good. The view of the ocean in the distance was great. It's not hard to see my room had not been cleaned in a long time. I can see black mold in many areas of the bathroom. The room had a bad smell. Within the first 30 minutes of being in the room, we both saw three cockroaches. One was dead under a table. we checked in shortly after 2:00. It was brightly lit in the room. I knew that once it got dark many more cockroaches would appear. We immediately packed our...

“Smaller than expected but over all adequate. Some tired areas, with loose wires to plug sockets in bathroom. Completely priced”

“Good buy for the money. Needs minor touches to upgrade to really nice place. Location great shower leaked water”

“I recommend next time better communication on the location of the property and with the location of where the reservation is sent. The reason for this is we spent an hour and a half once we arrived at the property with the property owner trying to check in having issues verifying the reservation! Then we had a second issue trying to get a parking spot! Last I would recommend the property owner to make sure they clean and thoroughly check over the unit before renting it out, as some of the items...

“Everything was great. My only complaint was, there was no microwave in my room, not enough cookware. Other than that. Very clean,55inch tv, very good people & hospitality.”

“This is nothing against expedia or the property as a whole. The room was terrible and i could not stay more than two nights. The A/C, and hot water in the shower did not work. The sink faucet in the kitchenette was about to break off. As for safety the smoke detector was taped over and the shower had black mold. I understand the owner has several units and most in the same condition. I ended up getting another unit in tower four that was much nicer. I do not expect a refund but somethung needs...

“I registered in the morning before noon. Arriving at 9pm the host had failed to register me as a guest. The security/front desk had no idea which room I was supposed to go to and would not let me inside. They demanded i acquire a phone number to contact the host. The host never answered the phone or my online messages. After waiting for an hour and 45 minutes the security/front desk solution was that I can rent a different room but now I have to pay in cash. While they made an effort to assist...

“The host was very committed in making sure my stay went smoothly. I had an issue where I misplaced my keys and they made sure that I got back in almost immediately. In addition, the host was always available to help solve any issues that I may have had and for that my stay was an amazing stay. I highly recommend. The apartment is walks away from the nightlife and upscale restaurants. If you do not want to travel far for household necessities there is a small connivence store in the main lobby...
