“Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern, gepflegt und hat die perfekte Lage. Man kann direkt vom Hotel in das Grand Batam Mall (das modernste Einkaufszentrum in Batam) gehen wo es Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Beauty-Angebote gibt. Für uns war es PERFEKT!!!!”

“Decent stay at four points batam, close enough to nagoya mall, habour bay and grand batam mall. Nice security and staff. Breakfast nothing to shout about, but nearby market could be a deal breaker.”

“Room was as expected - clean, tidy, comfortable. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Will definitely return to stay.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were bilingual and spoke very good English.”

“Room is small for single bed and room’s sound proof not so good can hear from outside . Toilet is small . Overall still ok for double room . Lobby and restaurant are good ”

“No hair drying (you need to pay additional fee if you want) A bit noisy, but acceptable Location is good”

“1)No mirror in the room except on the toilet 2)toilet amenities not enough 3)poor flow of water towards the drainage resulting slippery floor & “ stagnant “ water 4)ordered items arrived much earlier but reception staff failed to inform us, resulted in us wasting time waited anxiously & thought supplier “ scam” us .”

“Amazing hotel and wonderful staff! This was our first time in Batam, and we really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!”

“Disappointing shuttle service Before arrival, I messaged the hotel several times to request pickup from the Batam ferry terminal, as the hotel advertised a complimentary pickup, but never received a response. We also requested the complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal two days before departure, and the front desk acknowledged it. However, on the morning of departure, we discovered that no booking had actually been made. We also found out that the shuttle only goes to Harbour Bay Ferry...

“Though the room a bit old but the cleanliness is great. Enjoy the bed softness”
