“Excellent location, at the old quarter. You can walk to Hoan kiem lake, train stress, church, etc. You dont need taxi to go Uptown and Midtown places.

1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. A few hours later things were settled.
2- They did not know that my reservation was for 3 days so each day the room key was deactivated, I cannot get into my room and had to...

The breakfast buffet was amazing our family looked forward to it each day, they even provided a packed breakfast for us in some days when we have to leave the hotel early.
