“We arrived in Sapa early after the transfer from Loa Cai train station. We were going to check or bags, the receptionist upgraded our room and checked us in. She was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, Wendy kept in touch with us gave us maps, suggestions for day trips, arranged tickets for Fansipan. Hotel is on a quiet street a short distance to the main square. “The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. ”

“We stayed in the Moc Bungalow with plenty of space, wonderful views and buggy rides whenever needed. Breakfast buffet was awesome; the choices were plenty, fresh and delicious! From check-in to checkout, all the staff were helpful, friendly and informative. We needed to leave early morning and they packed a takeaway picnic with fresh juice and coffee. “Located at 2 minutes walking distance from the center of Sapa, it's not on the flat part of the city, just a easy and little hill to climb. Nice staff, big hall to use in case you have some waiting time. Bathroom and shower facility to use after your checkout.”

“It was a beautiful property. We received hot chocolate when checking in. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfy. The pool was lovely and a great amentity if travelling with kids. Unfortunately, the kids room was closed when we were there so we never got a chance to use it. The breakfast buffet was amazing - something for everyone! The location was great. Would recommend. ”
