“Lovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent service. Staff really helped us out with a few things. Free baby cot which was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Lots of water bottles. My only problem was no shampoo… a minor detail though.
Food was delicious. The buffet breakfast had dishes that were different - not the same every day which was great. And for bacon lovers…. they have bacon cooked perfectly!! ”

“Me and my family spent 1 night there, before starting a safari tour. The hotel is well located near to Entebbe airport (airport transfer can be arranged, with extra cost). Maximum comfort in accomodation (we had a very large family room), huge swimming pool, great garden and good restaurant (we had dinner and breakfast). The staff is very friendly. Completely satisfied! ”

“Don't charge the restaurant/bar to the room! The bill increases without notice! I had to complain and they eliminate the "surcharged" they applied. The could not give an explanation on what the surcharge is for, it wasn't a room service and I got the bill in local currency while consuming and at the end when I wanted to pay”
“The property is fabulous! I enjoyed my stay very much.
The staff is friendly and courteous.
The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service.
That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great!
If they moved a bit quicker, I would have appreciated it even more-so!
