“冷蔵庫がやたらおおきいのはいいがちいさくてもかまわない。トイレが他のホテルはほぼすいせんべんざですがここはちがつておしりが冷たかった。残念です。”

“今年１月に３泊し今回は２泊したリピーターです。 部屋も前回と同じでした。7階です。 【評価】は 接客：５点 掃除：５点 立地：５点 私たち家族にとっては満点です。 その理由は ①受付の方は日本語が上手で親切。 ②チャガルチ市場・南浦・その他のエリアに行くにも便利でコンビニも近くにある。 ③買い物・食事するのも便利 ただ１つだけ言うと、オンドルで部屋が暑くて 前回も今回も部屋の窓を開けて寝ました。 特にテレビの部屋はとても暖かいです。 冬場に泊まる際は、お気を付けください。 次回の釜山訪問時にも宿泊させていただきます。 ”

“お部屋の設備や雰囲気は最高でした。 子供達は大喜びでずっと部屋やプールで遊びたい❣️と言っていました。 ただ1つシャワーを浴びた後排水が悪いのかトイレや洗面台の床まで水が溢れてボトボトになり匂いが気になりました。 後、フロントデスクが無いのでスタッフさんの電話番号か何か困った時に連絡出来る手段が有れば安心出来るのにと思います。 広く可愛いお部屋🩷次回も子供達を連れて行く時は必ず泊まりたいと思います。”

“Ottima stanza, con anche vasca da bagno (e ovviamente il bidet-water con tutte le funzioni orientali). Comodissima la posizione, buona la pulzia, materasso e cuscini comodi. Personale cortese ma sono impacciati con l'inglese, meglio usare un traduttore. La colazione costa 15.000Won, meno di altri alberghi ma più di altri pranzi che abbiamo fatto a Busan, meglio andare fuori ”

“This hotel is nearly perfect for the price! Huge room, extra large bathroom, heated floors, and lots of amenities. However, the comfort of the mattresses is very inconsistent. I was traveling with my partner and father, and booked two rooms. While my partner and I had a very comfortable mattress, my dads was extremely firm and uncomfortable. We aren't picky with mattresses either, but his was near unbearable. His tv also wasn't working while ours was. If it hadn't been for these inconsistencies...

“便利な立地ですぐ近くにコンビニもあります。ホテル自体はすごく綺麗です。ただたまたま見かけた掃除の方の道具があまりに汚くてゾッとしました。 また全然いいのですが、期待が大き過ぎてホテルスタッフの方々の対応に笑顔がなく淡々とされていたのが期待外れでした。 日本だと笑顔での対応が当たり前過ぎて違和感を感じただけです。 的確に対応していただいたので問題はありません。”

“Very good place to stay in Busan, located quite close to the airport and some of the main attractions. The other side of the city is reached easily by bus or subway. The hotel itself felt safe and modern. The suite felt more like a regular room, but it was nonetheless clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it was a bit noisy, I could hear music and cars passing by. Super friendly staff, thank you!”
