“Elegant and beautiful with superb service! We had a beautiful view of the park, the room was superbly appointed with anything you could want and the service was impeccable. Just pick up the phone and a robot will bring you extra soap or coffee pods! And the in-person staff were always friendly and professional. Old school (but totally modern) and highly recommended.”

Little English spoken but reception staff were very adept at using their phones for translation. The breakfast was outstanding. All staff were warm, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.”

“Most of the advertised elements (spa, dining, conference rooms) are not completed yet or closed for repairs. Hotel was <5% occupied when we were there, and the limited staff were using the hotel for other commercial activities. We left after one night. We recommend avoiding this property. ”
