“It was a very nice place. When i first booked it said entire house so i was a little worried that my dog might whine when we were gone but she did really good. I notice it’s been changed on the listing to basement. Thank you for the nice accommodations!”

Everything was comfortable, but there’s no thermostat down there to adjust the temperature settings, do you are at the mercy of what the host has it set on.Overall good experience.”

“Absolutely perfect house for our family’s visit to Fredericksburg. Clean, easy check in and check out, fully decked out with everything we could need. Loved that there were k-cups, creamers and a selection of sweeteners when we got there, too. Needed that cup of coffee after our drive. The big tv room and couch were incredibly comfortable for all or us to hang out together. So close to absolutely everything we could want or need. And Graciela was so wonderful. “Host never made contact with entry instructions. Arrived at the house at the stated check in time and there was no way to get in the property.”

“Had trouble with the lock on the front door. The host had to come out to meet us. The basement is a separate rental property. So, we had strangers in the same house as us. From the inside of the house the people from the basement could walk into where we were staying. Our sheets were dirty. We washed sheets and pillowcases. There was 1 TV in a room with no chairs or sofas and it didn’t work, Owner said he had Hulu But we couldn’t get the tv on. ”
