“So for starters I reserved the room for 9 days. Paid for all 9 days at check in. 8 days in a get a call stating I did not pay for the past 2 nights and my room keys are disabled. I let them know I have receipts and it was in facts paid. They called me back to say they were sorry. After that they called again and stated i had to pay a pet fee but my pet was not even there. The day before that I complained to the front desk because the housekeeper STOLE my prescription from my room and then all...

“Terrible front desk staff. Laundry facilities don’t work. When you tell them it’s hard for you to take stairs, they make sure you have to take the most stairs to get to your room. Pack light! Those stairs are no joke, especially with liggage”
