This property includes a main house and a cottage house. This listing is for the main house ONLY. A locked wooden fence separates the two rental units to ensure privacy. The main house has exclusive access to the pool, outdoor lounge, and outdoor dining areas. Guests may be renting the cottage house during your stay, but they will not have access to your outdoor space. They have their own private entrance and a separate parking area. Please inquire if you are interested in reserving both homes together.

Main House
This is a two story home. From the driveway there is a grass walkway leading to the front porch. There are three steps up to the front door and one additional step through the entryway.

Bedroom 1 with Loft: Built in Twin bed on the main level plus a Queen bed in the loft
This bedroom is located next to the kitchen and includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom
This is an exterior private in law suite bedroom accessed by stepping out the back door and to the right. There is one step up into the room. The ensuite bathroom has a stand in shower with a handrail
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms on this floor
Additional Rooms: Living room, dining room, kitchen

Bathroom: One full hall bathroom shared by both upstairs bedrooms. It features a stand in shower

This includes the private heated pool, the lounge space with a gas fire pit, the patio with an outdoor dining table for ten to twelve guests, the BBQ grill, the outdoor shower, and eight beach chairs located in the bin behind the main house.

Our home is located in Mid-Island, just a 10 minute drive or 20 minute walk from downtown Nantucket. The shoreline is close by, with the popular Jetties Beach just a 10 minute bike ride through town. Our home’s location is perfect for those looking to get the best of both worlds; the hustle and bustle of the community center and the reprieve of a Mid-Island getaway.
Getting Around:
Want to explore? We’ve got you covered. Downtown Nantucket is a 20 minute walk away, but if you’re looking to adventure to other parts of the island, there are several different transportation options near us. There are two bike rentals within a 15 minute walk from our home; Young’s Bicycle Shop and Sandy Pedals Bikes. But, if cycling isn’t your speed, Affordable Rentals is also a 15 minute walk away in Downtown. Just remember to bike safely and wear a helmet!

-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
