“The room didn’t appear dirty, but it smelled bad and felt unclean even after housekeeping. I did not feel comfortable staying. I was booked for five nights but left after one, even payed for the 2nd night I didn’t use because I wanted to leave that badly. The front desk was also defensive when I raised these concerns. “Got two rooms During check in we were supposed to get two rooms by each other but did not initially. Eventually went up with my stuff and was greeted by a woman who was still checked in and said my name popped up on her screen and I had to take my stuff back downstairs and wait a bit. One of two rooms we eventually got came with a sticky floor and not enough towels. One of two rooms smelled strongly of cleaning fluid and the 2nd floor smelled like Asian food. “The pool and hot tub were such a relaxing way to end a big night. The staff was very accommodating and even recommended some places for my group to explore. I booked 4 rooms for 4 couples. They made sure we were all on the same floor. All the rooms were clean, tidy and decently sized. My one concern was how wet the floor was in the hallway, once the staff was notified thay quickly took care of it. Overall a wonderful stay, would recommend and would stay again!”

“Parking felt safe, 25$ incidental lol you can’t beat that. They should add another pool table and actually take care of it. That was the main reason I booked it, just to see a bunch of teenagers hogging it took the experience away. Also, try out pappadeauxs 11/10. Everything else was fine. ”
