“Room was spacious, clean, up to date and comfortable. Nice bed and linens. Location was perfect for out need to access Lewis University and just off the interstate. Nice pool and hot tub, GREAT breakfast included. Plenty of close parking. Nice welcome and check in was easy. Good coffee readily available!”

“heating not working it was nobody on checking desk long time totally unacceptable unprofessional staff and organization plus it was yelling and shouting in 12-1 am unbelievable crazy guests and a staff it like we are not in hotel like on the streets big 0 first and last time here”
