“DO NOT STAY HERE! This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. My last stay was 5/26-5/29. I had to change rooms 4 times to get one that was even close to livable. There were missing pieces of LVT flooring, uncleaned floors, mold in the shower, and low-flow showerheads. The upholstered chairs had dirty arms, and the rooms had old food odors and were plainly ill-maintained. When I requested a room change, I was met with desk clerks who said they "have to ask the manager" before making a...

“We were not sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. It feels more like a self service Airbnb as you get your own code emailed to you in advance to get into the building and your room. The place is quaint and well maintained. It provided what we needed - nothing fancy, convenient location. My one and only complaint was the coffee. It’s a basic household 12 cup brewer so both mornings we came down to an empty coffee pot and didn’t have time to wait for them to brew another pot....

When I talk to the person at the desk and told him that we didn't have a microwave in our room he said oh really that's strange we can talk to somebody in the morning. Then we were informed that no rooms have a microwave it's a community microwave downstairs. And it was filthy, they had stuff all over the carpets and the elevators and the...
