“Had a lovely stay but do wish staff refilled our toilet paper and body wash. With that being said, the staff did mention they checked out 92 staff the morning we arrived!”

“The checkin process is a mess and ended up assigning the same room to 2 different people. My luggage was thrown out in the corridor by another guest. I want a refund, please avoid this property at any cost”

“Very run down and dirty. The tub was painted and peeling and clogging up the drain. Grout looks like it’s never been cleaned. Just felt very ick.”

“The room had a kitchenette and full size fridge. The bathroom had the cloths closet in it. The front staff was helpful and quick to respond. Had to walk down a hill to get to a gas station and restraunt nearby. They have a badass irish pub. Has 4 to 5 star food. Had a live band playing. Other then that, pretty good experience overall.”

“We stayed in room 407, building 4. Upon entrance into the building, it was apparent that there was a moisture problem. It had a mildew smell. But when we entered the room, there was no smell, and it was absolutely perfectly clean. I found out later that a water pipe had burst in the room across the hall and they were cleaning it up. The building and room were old. The layout of the room was weird. The bathroom was like an alley with the toilet being the first thing on the left, then the shower...

“There is no front desk or staff to help at all, there was no communication on downloading an app and getting a code because nobody emailed or text me before arriving I was left standing in the hall not knowing what to do, there was no response for over a day when I asked for the internet information. The room was clean once I got in.”

“Great stay in a nice location walkable to downtown and the bars and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is well stocked, and the bar has all the drink options.”
