“The bathroom was very dirty. Hair in sink and on floor. Also felt like we were bothering the lady who checked us in. Checkout was much friendlier”

“We needed a cheaper place to stay for a doctor’s appointment. Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The shower water pressure was poor. The check-in instructions were helpful.”

“They have valet parking only and it’s $54 per night. And I didn’t find out until I showed up at 11:30 pm to check in.”

“My wife and I were very pleased with how easy check in was and the cleanliness of the property. We traveled with our 11 month old and you always just have questions about an unknown place and we felt the hotel was GREAT”

“I loved everything about the property. The room was very nice. Great location. All staff were very kind and polite. The pool, bar and grill were good. We walked down to Broadway so many food places, bars and shopping options. My only dislike was the breakfast. I would’ve liked to be upcharged a pay a difference to eat at the AC breakfast. The Residence Inn doesn’t have the evening reception like the D.C. location.”
