What a great place for the perfect large group in Nashville! We offer three adjoining homes accommodating up to 36. Experience Nashville's midtown neighborhood, just a short 5-min to attractions and Broadway!



Each home is equipped with a modern kitchen, outdoor rooftop, garage parking, and new furnishings to ensure your stay is both comfortable and stylish. With a total 41 beds & 12 full baths, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind and recharge.

*Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $125 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.



Good to Know:

• All properties are contactless checkin. All check-ins begin at 4 PM unless otherwise approved in writing. Edits made in Airbnb to an earlier time do not override this policy.

• Late arrivals after 8 PM are still welcome, but live assistance may be limited.

• Local residents must message before booking. Non-inquiry local bookings may be canceled without refund.

• If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 3% processing fee. This does not apply to HVMB reservations.
