What I liked was that the property was close to all the venues we wanted to visit. What I didn't like is that the property is need of repair.

The office smelled like an ashtray. The rooms were dated and dirty. Bathroom door did not work.

Great place for price! Nice clean room fridge microwave bed and bath.....Close to everything..Of course Its not the Hilton but awesome for the price. My husband and i stayed on a Saturday. Very pleased overall.

The main lobby was very dirty and filled with cigarette smoke. But the gentleman that checked us in and out was very friendly.

The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet had urine and stuff all over the back like it had never been cleaned. The headboard had stuff all over also like it had never been cleaned. The light was out in the bathroom area so we had to get ready with our cell phone flashlights.

The property doesn't look like the pictures on the website, we checked out immediately and got another room down the road, the place was dirty, moldy and overall not worth staying.

Family trip to brown county music center
Good location, very dated and overpriced for the condition. For the price a continental breakfast would have been nice all they had was coffee. Accessibility was not good for someone not handicapped but with very limited mobility. It served the purpose of a comfortable bed and a bathroom for one night.

My family and I were disappointed at how dirty our hotel room was. We had to move some furniture around a little bit to accommodate a crib and it was very dirty under and around the furniture.

This is an older property but was within walking distance to the performing arts center. Room was clean and quiet, but was older.

The manager was very nice. However, that’s the only nice thing I can say about our stay. The room was old and outdated. The refrigerator did not work. And there was no housekeeping service at all… No one made the beds or change the towels. Would not ever consider staying again.

Probably the worst facility I have ever stayed in. The first thing, when we checked in , front door , had a sign " if no one here , please call this #.. WOW. There was someone there, thank goodness. Checked in,went to room, light didn't work when i turned it on. Another light had to get.under a table and plug in, holes in walls where the doors are, fan in bath room sounder like an airplane motor, the body soap was a joke plus th shampo and conditioner, no hair dryer, no regular glasses for heating water in the microwave. Small pillows. It did seem to be clean. Would nver reserve a room there again,. The parking lot looked like it was an abandoned property. Weeds holes and so on in the Asphalt drive ways and parking lot. I would have asked for my $ back if there were any vacancies at othe places

Concert Access Great!
Old and run down also not the cleanest hotel. Location was everything for concert next door and Nashville Fall visit. Price should be lower but would still book again for concert.

Would not recommend
It was just awful. The room not just dated but dirty and smelly. It was supposed to be smoke free room but it was clearly not. We left at 9pm and did not stay.

Walked into the room and it smells. Lamp shades were old and broken. Bathroom disgusting. Thank goodness we carry supplies to clean. Room was noisy, fridge kept going on all night. Sooooo noisy. Left as soon as we could

Parking lot very large everywhere potholes a typical old outdated motel leaking dripping tub faucet original 50 year old carpet a place for construction workers to live for 6 months not at all for $170 a night nice older couple like my husband and myself door frame was split didn’t feel safe

Warning do not book here. The entire place is outdated to the 1970's. Carpet was dirty, shower barely worked. Felt unsafe with the door locks. The curtain barely covered the window so you could still see in on one side or the other depending on is you wanted to sleep or change clothes.

BOOK ELSEWHERE - This place is outdated and dirty. Instant smell of mold. Dust on everything, dirty mirrors, dirty bed linens, dirty carpet. We couldn't even stay the one night. Tenants next door on either side were using and made for an unsafe stay. BUYER BEWARE - we checked in and went to dinner and a concert but checked out when we got back and really looked at the room. Even though we checked out in the middle of the night, they wouldn't give us a full refund because we waited a few hours to report and check out. WHAT A WASTE of money.

We have stayed at this property in the past and found it to be clean, but dated. This time around the room was not as clean as should be expected, and the wear on the carpet and walls becoming more evident. Could really use a good renovation and some new carpet, paint, etc. The front desk was friendly and helpful as always and the area around the hotel is safe and with easy access to Nashville.

No hot water and an abandoned vehicle in the parking lot, microwave don’t work rooms were clean but the outside upkeep of the place was dirty. I will not be back Quality Inn is rite across the road!!!
