Benvenuti in paradiso! Questa due camere da letto, due bagni villa si trova nel cuore di Paradise Island, solo un taxi 30 minuti di metropolitana dall'aeroporto di Nassau. Situato al piano principale, la villa è a pochi passi dalla piscina e ha una bella vista mare.

La villa è stata recentemente ristrutturato e arredato con niente da perdere. Le due camere hanno entrambe molto confortevoli letti Memory foam, biancheria di lusso e TV a schermo piatto. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e la seconda camera ha due letti singoli che possono essere messi insieme per formare un letto king size, se desiderato. La zona giorno è mozzafiato, mobili nuovo di zecca in pelle, TV a schermo piatto e Roku 2 (accesso a Netflix, ecc) per il vostro divertimento.

Per chi vuole cucinare il gruppo è completo di un attrezzato, cucina aggiornato e un barbecue all'aperto (propano è fornito). Generi alimentari sono facilmente accessibili con un negozio di alimentari a dieci minuti a piedi per le necessità di base e per una selezione più elaborata di distanza; il Mart Fresh un breve corsa in taxi verso l'altro lato del ponte oppure è possibile utilizzare il servizio di consegna di generi alimentari on-line. Per mangiare fuori - ci sono molti ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi, come Margaritavilla e il pappagallo verde. È anche possibile fermarsi al ristorante in loco, Viola, che offre pasti, servizio bar e spettacoli dal vivo.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Nice pool and easy access to Cabbage Beach. The villa floors were dirty but the host quickly remedied this when notified. Bathroom sinks drained very slowly. Fans were clogged with dust.

Beautiful villa with lovely pool/gardens and steps away from a fantastic beach. The villa is nicely decorated with comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Best of all worlds to have quiet, more secluded villa in walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants at Atlantis marina. I’d love to return again!

Perfect Villa on the Beach

The Beach Villa was everything as described. Our family had a great time and truly enjoyed the private beach access to the beautiful blue water. The host was also very prompt answering questions before the trip. The location was also very convenient to Atlantis resort for restaurants and other entertainment. It was a fantastic trip. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Would definitely stay again

First off, this unit definitely deserves it's positive reviews. The unit itself was very nicely renovated and has just about everything you would need for your stay. We really enjoyed the outside patio, which is arguably in the best spot of the entire complex with a direct view of the ocean and just steps away from the pool. Jordan is a great host and is extremely responsive to questions or any issues you may have during your stay. Our issues were quite small and he actually did more than he needed to remedy these. The property is far enough from Atlantis to avoid the crowds, but close enough to take the 10 minute walk to enjoy dinner and nightly entertainment if that is your thing. We, our teenage son and his friend (both 16) always felt safe going back and forth (not to mention nice wide sidewalks). Aquaventure is a little further down but a great option for the boys when they were looking for some more fun. Having the beach close by was another plus (just a few steps from the pool and down the stairs). Not too crowded but always something going on. Lastly, cannot stress enough how friendly everyone was that we encountered- a good-natured conversation can go a long way and we made friends that will last a lifetime. In a nutshell, we would definitely stay again!

Sunrise Villas the Location was Perfect

The location in Paradise Island was perfect. Wished Violas was open. That was quite a bummer not having food nearby. Really need a taxi to get around and that was OK. The amount of people flooded Atlantis from the cruise ships was very annoying. The surface cleaning was very good, but being allergic to dust, the vents could use some attention. I would recommend this condo and would stay again, but communicate to visit sites after 4 pm.

Exactly as you see it - BEAUTIFUL

We had a great time in this condo for a long weekend. Having the kitchen was great and now that we know the area, we will be doing more dinning in and grocery shopping. However, groceries are very expensive. The views from this place are fantastic, the pool is super nice and clean also. I will return here without a doubt! The only suggestion I have would be for new beach chairs and beach toys and boards for kids of all ages. We will be back for sure!

Lovely Development

The condo we stayed in was on the ground floor which was needed due to health issues of one of our party. We probably chose the wrong time of year for our visit as the pool water and ocean were somewhat chilly. The condo itself was very nice. We were a bit surprised to find out although it had 2 bathrooms neither was en-suite. They were both down a little hallway. Big bonus was this was the first condo we had rented over many years with a generous amount of hangars. Paradise Island is a great place to vacation - lots of restaurants on and just over the. Food/dining is very expensive so you need to plan accordingly. We ate in a few more times than we might have normally.

Great Location!

Our time here was great! The listing was exactly what it looked like online. Our family of 4 (all adults) stayed here for 10 days. This was our first time in the Bahamas/ on Paradise Island, and we all agreed that the location of this villa was perfect. A quick 2 minute walk to the beach (which was quiet, clean and beautiful every single day), an easy 10 min walk to shops and restaurants, and close to the Atlantis casino/ resort! It was also close to the port where private and group boat tours pick people up, and close to the ferry to Nassau. We even walked into Nassau one day from our villa, which wasn’t too bad either. Taxis are also easy to find near the villa, so it wasn’t hard to get places when we needed to. Checking in was smooth and simple, someone met us at the villa with our key when we arrived. We had access to two pools and beach front while we stayed here which was super convenient. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive to all of our questions and concerns throughout our stay. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time on our trip! The villa itself was clean, well kept and very spacious. We used the kitchen several times to make a few meals and were thankful it was well stocked with cooking utensils. The washer and dryer were so nice to have throughout the stay as well. Very comfortable and convenient all around! I would recommend this place to anyone who was planning to visit paradise island!

The property was exactly as listed. Big common areas for visiting and a spectacular location. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean and modern and the poolside patio was awesome. The hosts were responsive and kind. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect escape for a couple or family

We have stayed with Jordan a few times now. The resort and spacious condo has all what you need for a wonderful time. Just steps away to a private Cabbage beach area and the views are extraordinary. We look forward to many more vacations at Jordan's place.

Great location on beach for families

Had a wonderful time in the unit which had great access to pools and the beach was a minute's walk away. The unit was spacious and allowed our two teens to spread out with their own bathroom. Really enjoyed using the patio in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a cocktail all while overlooking the pool and the sea in the background. Would definitely visit again!

Beautiful place. The villa is a two minute walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Villa was super quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Only recommendation would be if the villa had a beach umbrella to use. We had to pay $30 to use one.
