“The hotel was very modern and a convenient downtown location. It is right next to legacy museum and close to many restaurants and other attractions. The breakfast was hot and delicious and staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend and stay here again!”

“Okay. I really expected better. The air would not get cold and the unit was very loud. Just made it really hard to get comfortable and sleep. The mattress was so old and the pillows were terrible. I did not rest well. The breakfast the next morning was excellent with a lot of things to choose from. That was really good.”

“We were surprised at how poor our stay was, as Hiltons are traditionally good hotels. The staff were unpleasant and unprofessional. At most times only one person was available at the front desk. At times, there were several people waiting with one person checking them in while two or three others were doing something else on their machines. Additionally, we asked for towels at 8am and again at 5pm and none ever arrived. Their excuse was that there were no clean towels. It’s hard to believe...

“when I went to check in, they stated they had a glitch and lost my reservation. After about 15 minutes of arguing, a person (possibly a manager) some how found a room for us. We had to come back an hour and 20 minutes later to finally get the room. Beleive me, it didnt match the website at all, and also no amenities, like no free breakfast, in fact no food at all, only coffee in the lobby. No coffee maker in the room, a wall a/c unit that never cooled the room, an old tub/shower in the bathroom,...

“I stayed here for five days. Checking in was quick and easy. Room was pretty good, aside from the fact there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.”

“I called ahead specifically to ask if they had a hot tub (not just a jetted tub) and was told yes. When we arrived, it turned out to be a single-seat jetted bathtub, not an actual hot tub. It also had an unpleasant smell. We chose not to stay and walked out, but were still charged for the full night. Very disappointing experience and not what was represented over the phone. I would not recommend.”

“Cleaned and decent room. Didn’t like the area near by seems sketchy and scary specially for a female solo traveler. Staff were friendly and nice. I would booked it again for a budget stay/good deal.”

“The beds are like cots in a prison which is ridiculous they need to do better very uncomfortable I’ve seen bigger beds that are comfortable will not stay there ever again”

“The property is very close to the interstate. The refrigerator is much bigger than your typical motel has. The room appeared clean but had a musty odor. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door handle had hit it a lot. The tv had no remote. The staff brought a couple to the room but were not the correct ones. I wasn’t watching much tv so I worked around it. The staff was friendly but didn’t always understand what I was telling them or asking about.”
