Guest house a Nathrop

“Poor service, outdated room and terrible breakfast.”

“Such a fun place to stay along the River. We love the peaceful feeling, the home has everything you need for a fun time!”

“Loved our stay first time in Salida. The owner is awesome he tries to please all his guest and is added more amenities so his guest have everything. There was a sauna and huge hot tub. The pool was closed because it was in October so didn’t expect it to be but hot tub was perfect. Our cabin was big it had a king size bed with night stands a recliner. Bathroom with a tub, we also had an outside and front porch with chairs and rocking chairs and a bbq pit. The breakfast was a simple breakfast but...

“We stayed in one of the trailer homes. It was cute but not worth the trouble of using a shared bathroom. Also the heat was not great. The breakfast is just coffee juice yogurt muffin.”

“The property was just as advertised and as appears in the listing. It combines the benefits of a private hotel room and a house into one. We had access to a very nice patio, kitchen and living/dining room, but didn’t have to pay for an entire house. It’s in a commercial area so it s a little bit busy and perhaps noisy for some, but we were not bothered at all. We really enjoyed the walking distance access to downtown and a grocery store.”

“Lot of noises and car beepings during midnight. Need to set some strict neighbor rules”

“We chose this property because of its location right on the river & close proximity to downtown. We weren’t sure what to expect with it being above a bar/restaurant, but we did not hear any excessive noise at night. Beds were comfortable, good communication with host, & parking close enough. Very cute town, would stay here again if ever in the area!”

“The property is old and not well maintained. Our room, the family room, had black marks and holes in the bathroom mirror, the floor moved and made loud sounds when someone walked in the other room, the AC made loud generator sounds that kept us up for a while every time it kicked on, and the most puzzeling bathroom setup with the door opening to a counter with sink, forcing you to turn sideways to enter. Definitely could not fit someone large or someone with a mobility device in the bathroom....
