“Check in took very long as the hotel ran out of key cards and was unable to provide them until the next morning. There was also a very loud party going on at the rooftop because of which the noise was percolating to the rooms on higher floors. Had to request a lower floor room that did not have any noise which was then provided. Breakfast was good and the staff tried to be helpful during our stay. ”

“During my stay, my wallet went missing from my hotel room. I had left it on the desk because shops were closed on polling day. When I returned to my room later that day, the wallet was no longer there. CCTV footage confirmed that I had taken my wallet into the room the previous night. This means it disappeared while it was outside the room. When I reported the issue, the manager (LP) said he was “not able to help” and refused to provide records showing who had entered my room while I was out....
