“The cleanliness, the environment secure and central, the airport shuttle service, the receptionists. However one of the security guards tends to interfere with the guest. I think he should do his job and that is it. ”

I’m confident that once the renovations are complete, the hotel will offer an even better experience. ”

“The first room I was given was deplorable. The TV and satellite (SATCON) did not work. They said they were going to fix it but never did. I was transferred to another room which was much better. However the shower faucet was broken. The positive aspect about this place is the river view. The rate is low so you cannot expect much. Only one towel is provided and the room is not cleaned daily. ”

“Property owner and staffs very unprofessional. Owner harassed tenant for the duration of their stay. Unsafe( come into your apartment when you leave without your concern). Lies about everything from 24 hours current, internet access and others. Very noisy and nosy. ”

“The property was very dirty, the room was not ready for me to check in, the manager claimed the payment I made to cover my stay had not been reflected in their account. The room shown to me was very dirty and no air conditioning in the room, the bed covers or sheets were dirty and stinking. The hotel does not resemble what was advertised in Expedia web site. I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL DUE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE.”
