“I had a handicapped room as I use a wheelchair. Room was roomy and allowed easy access in and out the doorway. The bathroom access was easy but the low height toilet was a challenge; whoever designed the bathroom obviously never had to utilize a wheelchair or walker. Also a walk-in shower would be most helpful.”

“The place I usually stay (Fairfield by Marriott) was sold out, so I picked this one (ESA) as a back up for one night, bc it was close by. Massive contrast with Fairfield: even though ESA was more expensive, the room was not nearly as nice or as well maintained: (door handle had been jarred loose, and did not feel secure); vinyl instead of carpet on the floor - just generally had more of a cheapo vibe. “I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”

“This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was bare bones and not our thing but not horrid….. stay if you plan to be out and about as it is a good place to lay your head and well priced but it is not resort vibes…….fair for fair price!!!
