Stable wifi. A/C blows ice cold. The high wood ceiling is an added bonus. Room darkening curtains if you want to sleep in. Hot water with pull down shower head attachment. “Here we go. As soon as I enterrd the the gate, Mr Carlos, the security officer greeted me like a bro, Ms Mermaid arranged my staycation and fixed some problems of my online reservation. Ms G. works hard to keep everything nice and clean. She even walked me to the JUTC center just in case I get lost. Good location, with beautiful pool in the yard. “This is the first time my family and I have used a place such as this for vacation and it was a pleasant experience. The security was superb, and we loved the layout of the apartment. The only thing we would recommend is getting an ac unit for the living room, because when JA is hot AND humid, oh me oh my. We are planning to go back soon and we definitely will be staying there again if it's available. ”

“The owner Suzanne is very personable & welcoming. She lives on the property & the apt is at the lower level with an independent entrance. The space is nicely done & a practical kitchen, & seating area.
