La casa ha i pavimenti radianti, è esposta a sud con molto sole ed è stata costruita nel 2014. È super pulito, nuovo e accogliente. Il filtro dell'acqua per tutta la casa assicura acqua pulita e fresca per bere e fare il bagno. Ampia camera da letto principale (letto matrimoniale) si trova al piano principale e ha un doppio lavandino bagno completo annesso. La zona giorno (livello principale) è spaziosa e piena di piante vibranti. C'è anche un mezzo bagno al livello principale. Al piano superiore è un'altra grande camera da letto (letto matrimoniale) e bagno completo (non attaccato alla stanza). La cucina è al piano principale dotata di fornelli a gas, forno completo, lavastoviglie, microonde, tostapane, frigorifero completo, macchina per il caffè, macinacaffè, frullatore, ripiani in granito e una vista incantevole. La cucina avrà olio d'oliva biologico, sale, pepe, caffè e filtri da caffè.

Accesso ospite

L'intera casa (letto matrimoniale / bagno, letto / bagno al piano superiore, zona giorno principale, cucina, 1/2 bagno) con le ESCLUSIONI della terza camera da letto al piano superiore, il ripostiglio, l'armadio del proprietario al livello principale, il garage e alcuni armadi saranno chiusi. Il proprietario NON sarà sul posto durante il vostro soggiorno e potrete godervi lo spazio.

Ski getaway

The property is nestled in a neighborhood about a mile from town by foot. Easy to get to town and to Eldora for skiing. Well equipped home.

Beautiful location and property!

We arrived after dark, navigation didn't get us to the exact location so it took some driving in and out of driveways in the dark and snow but found our location. The entry instructions in my email were incorrect, but a quick text message and email to the property manager rectified our issue and we were in! For our small family group it was plenty of space, well furnished and set up. We didn't spend much time here, it was our crash pad for skiing at Eldora but for all our gear and food it was great. Excellent restaurants in Nederland within a quick drive it was a perfect spot, beautiful location and property!

Very Nice Place

Two of my colleagues and I stayed at this property for two nights while doing some business in Boulder. The house is very clean, nicely decorated and was equipped with everything we needed. I hope to have another opportunity to stay here.

Perfect for hiking, working, enjoying Ned!

I stayed here for a week with my father, we hiked (tons of amazing trails within a 10-20 minute drive), we walked to town and enjoyed good beer and food (Salto for breakfast, crosscut for pizza, knotted root for beer), and worked from the house during the week. Wifi isn’t very strong so one of us plugged in and the other did a hotspot (Verizon coverage is super strong and good enough for video conferencing). Overall this house was absolutely perfect, clear, lovely ambiance with all the plants, and the host was really helpful. We’ll be back!

Beautiful mountain home

We had a lovely, relaxing week in this beautiful home, enjoying peaceful mornings out front with a cup of coffee, watching the sunrise over the mountains. Ashley has a wonderful green thumb as we were surrounded by her amazing plants. We had everything we needed, her home is spotless and relaxing. We will definitely be back again!

Clean, spacious and well-equipped!

Great stay! Very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Our teen declared the house had 'good vibes' and we agree. We enjoyed watching the wildlife.... rabbits, chipmunks and magpies visited daily. We also saw a vole and a coyote run right across the patio.

Nice property, beautiful location

Every part of the house is very modern and up to date (with exception to the kitchen faucet). We really enjoyed our morning coffee and evening drinks on the front patio. When the weather wouldn't allow, we lounged on the sofas or played games around the dining room table. Felt like home after long days of hiking Rocky Mountain National Park and Brainard Lake. Would have been 5 stars for sure, but had an issue with check-in the day of arrival. After communicating with the property manager the issue was resolved almost immediately.

Beautiful!

My husband and I stayed here after our wedding and it was the perfect house in the perfect location with a fantastic view! The home is well kept, neat, updated and we loved all the plants in the home, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely stay again when we're in the area!

What an incredible treat to get to rent Ashley's meticulous home! Absolutely beautiful and the perfect escape for a peaceful respite right by town. Ashley is fantastic to work with and I look forward to renting this beautiful, comfortable home again! Can't wait to get back to brew another pot of her delicious coffee she provides and enjoy it in the living room surrounded by the most stunning plants I have ever seen. Every element of the home practices green initiatives and everything you need is provided! Thank you, Ashley, for the gift of opening this home to us. We are leaving so relaxed and restored!

Wonderful mtn escape

We had a great Eldora ski trip here! The house is bright, warm, with spacious rooms and great views of peaks and the town of Nederland. Everything is labeled, and adequate dishes for making your own meals. The owner was very responsive to various questions prior to our stay. The house is situated above the town, which is probably a mile away. Grocery store in-town too. Less than 10-min drive to Eldora. Definitely recommend and will stay again. We were 2 adults, 2 kids.
