Nederland Getaway - Una proprietà SkyRun Nederland Camera per 12. Entra in questa enorme casa con 4 camere da letto e 2 livelli nel centro di Nederland. Questa spaziosa casa ha tutto il necessario. Questa casa offre un open space, un grande ponte che domina la città e il Chipita Park, una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare un delizioso pasto. Il livello principale della casa è dove troverai un grande soggiorno aperto con la cucina. La camera da letto principale è in fondo al corridoio con un bagno annesso e un portico con una buca per il fuoco proprio fuori dalla porta. La seconda camera da letto è proprio in fondo al corridoio che ha un letto matrimoniale. Scendete le scale e sarete accolti dalla sala giochi e anche da una sala cinema con la sua barra bagnata! Rilassati sul divano mentre i bambini giocano. Continua in fondo al corridoio e troverai altre due camere da letto, una camera a castello con due grandi letti a castello che è perfetta per i bambini e anche una camera con due letti matrimoniali alla francese in una stanza. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size al piano di sotto. La musica deve essere riprodotta dolcemente e le conversazioni devono essere mantenute ai livelli normali. Cosa tenere presente: - Nessun A / C come ogni casa in Nederland (raramente ne ha bisogno, ma attenzione). - Può essere ventoso in Olanda, in particolare in inverno. - È in città, quindi bisogna essere tranquilli dopo le 21:00. - Il nome della via è "Lakeview Court" ma c'è solo un po 'di vista sul lago. Splendide vedute della città e delle vette innevate oltre. - Nessun cavo, solo Netflix Cosa ti piacerà: - Il seminterrato ha una sala teatro con wet bar, tavolo da ping-pong e canestro da basket! - Avvolgere il ponte - Grande doccia in vetro e vasca idromassaggio nel master - Garage riscaldato sovradimensionato per 1 auto (molto alto)

This stay was amazing. The house was large and spacious, it fit my group of 7 adults very well! Heated floors downstairs were fantastic for the brisk (snowy) May weekend we were there. Great balcony and view! Overall just a great place to stay! Easy walk into town too!

Great home to stay in. Felt right at home. Split kvele home let kids go down stairs to play basketball and ping pong while we cooked supper upstairs! Be bery careful on driveway, ice covered and slick. Once in house we all loved it! Will try to book next year.

We had such a great time at this house. It was so well thought out, clean, and excellent communication with the property manager prior to arriving. The location was perfect. So much to do for any age. Would go back in a heart beat!

We thoroughly enjoyed this Cabin! We came together to spend some family time together after the holidays, from the Denver Metro area. It’s perfectly situated close to town so we were able to walk around very easily. We also thoroughly enjoyed cooking together. This cabin has everything you need to just cook and have a great time together. We also enjoyed all the extra touches, like extra bedding, extra towels, little notes around the cabin to describe where things go, two big screen, TVs, one for gaming, the other one to watch some football and enough seating for all of us. We would like to come back in the summertime when we would enjoy the fire pit and being outside a little bit more. The beds were very comfortable, we had plenty of bathrooms, and I can’t think of one thing that we didn’t have. The instructions were very easy to get in and instructions were very easy to check out. We would definitely consider this Cabin, for another stay!

With a playground park just a block away it was easy to amuse our 3-year-old and 15 month old. They also enjoyed the under stairs space room and the Carousel of Happiness a short walk away. Adults enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, ping pong table, and movie room.

We came to Nederland to hike and experience the town and couldn’t have been happier. Lots of little treats like extra slippers for inside, jackets for outside and snacks waiting on the table. House was a short walk into town and perfectly comfortable.

This place deserves 10 stars! So well equipped, location was perfect for skiing Eldora, and layout was fantastic! This was a great spot for us to be snowed in and we enjoyed all the extras (popcorn maker, folding table, extra chairs, snow shoes, sleds, everything!!!). Thank you Linda for all your communication and care!!!

We loved the house! Loved all the bedrooms, bathrooms, radiant heat, the kitchen, pantry, movie theater and game room. We really loved this house. We had a difficult time getting in but was able to get the code changed and could get in. We had some heirloom china forgotten at the house. Tina was nice enough to take it to be packaged and mailed. It was a great experience!

House was great and had everything we needed and more. So many nice special touches like house shoes, spare coats and other winter items if you need them, candy and popcorn for the movie room. It was a very special post Christmas getaway. We loved it.

My son got married at Brainard Lake on Sept. 30,2023 and we wanted some where close to the venue and this was a perfect location close to everything in Nederland. The house was amazing and loaded with entertainment for everyone. We truly enjoyed our visit and stay at this location. Highly recommend for those with families and little ones.

We chose this home for the proximity to the town. We could walk to the playground, the fishing pond, the downtown area and the reservoir. The house was well equipped with many small appliances, ie. instant pot and crock pot. Also, spices and many baking needs. You could definitely plan to make meals in this house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The game room was a big hit. We will stay here again!

The property was the right size for us. We enjoyed the amenities and used most of them. The property was relatively clean when we got there. Something had been leftover in the refrigerator however and that kind of smelled. The beds were comfortable. Could’ve used a few more fans as it got stuffy in the downstairs. No screens on the downstairs windows so we couldn’t just leave them wide-open with bugs coming in. Overall we would stay there again because the size was so accommodating and the property manager was so easy to communicate with and the proximity to all of the fun things that Nederland has to offer.

The property was great for our family of 10 for a Christmas vacation. It was well organized, the check in process was easy. Received great communication from the management company on the day of arrival, throughout the week and was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival. The house was organized with some labeling of where items were located. My grandchildren loved the space room to play in and the theatre room. The driveway was a bit steep but manageable in the snow and we got to sled down the hill. Could have used better sleds as some were worn. Wish there were more things to do in the town but it was winter and snowing and the city doesn't clear the sidewalks for walking around. We'll have to try it in the summer. Thanks for a great stay.
