“Nice stay right on the beach”

“Nice breakfast selection.”

“The room was fine, other than the bed. In the unit we rented, it was a murphy bed, and the mattress should have been replaced 5 years ago. Not a comfortable night’s sleep.”

“No smoke detector in room, no way to lock door while inside room, floors severely damaged (tripping hazard). Bathroom water damaged and unsanitary. Did not feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room. Requested refund for second night and checked out early!”

“We were escaping the rain, had planned to camp. Clean and nice. We didn't have a dog.”

“The location of the cabin was excellent. We had an unobstructed view of the ocean and access to the beach. However, the steps were very steep making entering difficult. The shower needs repairs. It was hard to turn the water on and off.”

“The staff were great! Friendly, helpful and welcoming. Served up a good drink and crepe for dinner. The room was clean, and even the hide-a-bed was comfortable. As the weekend came, they were almost full, but it was still pretty quiet. Older style, but room worked well. Walking distance to beach and all the shops. ”

“Not great value for the price. The hotel had clearly been recently redone in some areas, so parts of it looked very nice aesthetically, but a lot of things didn’t feel very functional. The marble shower, updated sinks, and small kitchenette in the room were beautiful, and the bed was comfortable with a nice TV setup. “We stayed in the McBee property. Rooms are nice but small. Parking is pretty tight. Close walk to beach.”

“On the bay, decor is beautiful, staff is friendly. We had a great time arching movies, dialing in the tub and enjoying exploring the nearby towns.”

“Cannot recommend this Inn enough! It was so charming and the staff was very welcoming. The location is very close to the beach but not particularly close to eating options. However, the staff did a great job of providing information about this both in advance and during our stay. They also provided snacks on site, charcuterie upon arrival and breakfast in the morning.
