“Very nice property, Clean and well taken care of. A little confusion on the lock code but the property managers quickly solved the issue. would have been nice to have a tea kettle but most other items were satisfactory. There is a water pressure issue in the home. When shower or tub being used kitchen water pressure almost null. Pool was to be heated but never got above 50 deg. no big deal but please have it happen if advertised. Would stay again. See ya next Christmas.”

“Very clean house and perfect to just chill for a couple days. Plenty of space inside and outside the house. Communication with owner was east and fast responses. A easy ten minute drive to the lake or downtown.”

“The property was clean and complete stocked up with everything and more you could ever need, tons and tons of extra linens and things if you should need it, lots of extra soaps and materials to make it hassle free. Beautiful home that was comfortable and secluded and plenty homey while away on vacation, very friendly neighbor. Overall a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again! Planning on it again next year!”

“Upon arrival the location, cleaniness and amenities exceeded expectations! The house has a beautiful skyline view and is in a safe community. Just minutes from the casinos, the river, restaurants and Sam's club! Lots of considerations were made by the owners to make the experience comfortable! The property is well maintained. “Location was great to lake Havasu attractions, house was well stocked with everything anyone could ever need. Many thoughtful generous extras in kitchen and bathrooms. The pool was too cold this time of year but was clean n pretty to look at. The hot tub was awesome. Very relaxing. The outdoor furniture and space was great place for us to hang out at. “Our family LOVED the accommodation to your beautiful home. The back yard was a HIT! Full sun exposure, the pool was amazing and we LOVED the hot tub for an evening soak with an outside TV. It was perfect size for my husband and our 4 young adult kids. We loved everything about your home. It was centrally located just minutes away from all the attractions. We even saved a little bunny that we found in the pool when we came home one night.”
