Spiaggia top anche se i lettini devono essere puliti/sostituiti. Personale sempre molto gentile e attento. Camere comode e spaziose (i bagni hanno bisogno di un pó di manutenzione).

Buona la spiaggia, il resto da dinenticare
Check in buono, veloce! La stanza (appartamento con cucina) abbastanza grande, letto conodo, bel terazzo! cucina da piangere, 2 piatti, 1 forchetta, 2 coltelli, 2 micro pentole, 2 bicchieri, senza stracci ne qualkosa per lavare! piano cottura degli anni 60! Doccia orribile, l' acqua arrivava a goccie, acqua calda dopo qualke minuto! tv non funzionante! climatizzatore pure rotto! 2 luci su 4 nella camera non funzionavano, pure nel terazzo niente luce! Wifi funziona solo nella lobby della reception! Servizio al bar, fronte mare lentissimo, con prezzi piu alti della media! lettino in plastica durissimo e scomodo! Nota positiva l' ampiezza della spiaggia e le belle palme ke fanno ombra!

Average room, not very clean, Staff very helpfull
Check in very fast. All personell very very friendly and trying to be very helpfull in any request. Hotel is made by condos and rooms..honestly very outdated with rusty toilet, window lock broken ( there was a wooden bar to block the window), tv from '80, actually the hotel seems to live in the '80 they should renovate it, some light bulbs did not work. We booked a studio, very big room with a kitchen furnished with kitchen appliances which we couldn t use it because in all the room there are only 2 plugs, 1 in the bedroom under the tv where also the microwave is placed and another one which I discovered the last 2 days which is behind the bed in the middle, no plugs in toilet. We had a nice view of the garden and we were at second floor, first impression clean but after few minutes we noticed dust hanging from the fan over the bed ( probably never cleaned in years), very big and confy bed, buld-in wardrobe with safe, small toilet very rusty. But at least the staff is friendly and always smiling. wi-fi only in the reception, pool clean and jacuzzi with very very hot water while in the room the warm water finishes after couple of minutes. Very wide and clean beach. Overall I was especting a better room and cleaner but I think we have different concept of clean. I would return there for the people and for the location which is perfect but certainly not for the hotel. I think it is overpriced.

Vicino al mare,struttura un po fatiscente
Il personale non c'è quasi mai.....ma quelle poche volte che li ho visti sono stati abbastanza gentili ma nn tutti disponibili. La wifi c è solo in reception,nelle camere non c è.

This may not be a 4 or 5 star resort.But they sure treat you as though you're at one when you're there. From the greetings from Joan,Nadine and Miss vivant making sure my every need was taken care of. And the star was Sandbox bar&Restaurant. You have to go meet Carlton!! He makes you feel like family!! And the food... you have to try brown stew red snapper and the callalo!! This is NOT the Hilton or the Hyatt but for me it was. Me soon come!

Upon check in the ac did not work in the room. Couldn’t get a room on the ground floor due to an injury. Do not book grom them better off calling them directly and booking. I’ve been coming here many years and the other parts that have a different owner will accommodate you much better. It’s just this part booked through this site at THIS Location that do not provide adequate Service and air conditioning.

My stay was average. I use to stay here every year for 15 years. This was my first time back in 10 years. The property has been sold and now has 3 different properties in one. The upkeep could have been better. The staff were friendly and helpful. No activities, the bar was barely open. The restaurant was good, but found out it was owned by another company as well. If you looking to hangout at the beach, it’s the perfect location.

The beach was amazing. The property was in desperate need of repairs. Big gap in door entry. Water pressure was like 3 streams out of the shower head. We stayed 8 nights. I was ready to leave after 1 night.

I booked for garden view and originally was given a room ground level in the parking lot with large trash cans couple doors down and there was no window covering in the bathroom. After complaints of how unacceptable the room was I moved to a much better room the following day. Unfortunately, I will not stay at this facility. However, the staff were really nice and accommodating. If it wasn’t for them I was going to cancel my stay and stay elsewhere.

I have stayed here MANY times in the past and have Always loved it! This time i feel like the management was trying to scam me, telling me they didnt receive payment for the hotel from Expedia when i know it was paid because it already came out of my account. They told me they had no way of communicating with Expedia to find out on there end what eas going on and wanted me to give them my credit card. SCAMS...hopefully the owner looks into the people running the rooms! Everything else was great!

The rooms were very clean and the staff was excellent. We loved the beach and ate lunch at the Sand Box cafe just about every day. Very good food and reasonable prices.

I have many good things to say about this property! I recently stayed here for the 5th time. However this time just a few disappointments. I rented a 1 bedroom apartment that could sleep 3 guests. I get the apartment so that for some of my meals I can cook in the kitchenette. I had 1 fork, 1 glass, no wine glasses, 1 plate, no spatula for eggs, no dish clothes. Being that these items have always been there in the past , that's what my expectation was. Also, No shower rug. I asked 5 times and upon my departure they finally showed up with it. That is a safety concern! the 1st few days I couldn't even get a lounge chair on the beach. They should have enough chairs for maximum capacity! They did have chairs available but for those of us that get quite bite up by the sand flea's this is not a good option as your feet rest in the sand and that's where the bites happen. After several days I was told by other guests that if I paid the lifeguard $20.00 he would make certain I had a lounge chair each day. That shouldn't be happening! Now the good stuff!. My room was nicely cleaned every day I requested it. The beach is great, big and cleaned each morning. The bartenders and really all the staff were always nice and did the best they could to meet our needs. I felt the property was safe and they have guards 24/7. I would stay here again, however they should tweek a few things.

The unit is 104. It's clean but old with dark corners to turn as you walk the grounds to get from this Standard Room unit to dining/bar and beach. View/balcony is of the street entrance. No electric outlets in bathroom for hair dryer or flat iron or WaterPik. The unit is not worth more than about $60 per day. The front door is flimsy and unsecured. Looks like it was kicked in at one point-it is on a slant so bottom of the door has a gap between it and the door frame-lets in mosquitos. The door handle is a kitchen cabinet handle, has no weight, and the lock barely latches. It feels VERY unsafe! No instructions on how to use the safe, no iron and ironing board, a few wire hangers in closet. There is a mini fridge but no microwave! The restaurant menu is limited and there is no opportunity for fresh fruits and vegetables of the island to enjoy and not many fish options. Bottled water is scarce. Unit has no phone and so must call front desk/office from your own phone or walk to front desk. Each condo is individually owned so changing to a different unit is impossible. No info provided in the room about Wifi access/password which was EXTREMELY NECESSARY for me. I spent hours trying to find someone that had the Wifi password. Different units have different passwords and service. The room A/C unit is decent and ceiling fan. There are NO beach towels. There are only sheets on the bed-I get cold when sleeping.

staff is very welcoming. grounds are kept clean. beach area groomed. restaurant food is very good. wishing that the bar staff worked more efficiently, yes it is possible to take two beer orders at one time. working efficiently could save the server time and energy. go to the beer cooler once for two orders instead of back and forth.

It’s a great property and it’s right on the beach also with shopping and dining walking distance. The rooms needs upgrading however not terrible. The towels are old and discolored- they need to be changed. The best part is the location and beach.

I LOVED the one bedroom apt. It has a patio accessible from the living room and bedroom, a kitchen, dining area and living room that is really beautiful for the cost.
